David Heydenberk

David Heydenberk is the Principal Partner with Corporate Real Estate Consultants.  An alumnus of Augustana College, David studied business and finance, and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.

A 20 year professional in the commercial real estate industry, David has handled the real estate transactions for clients such as Aetna, Central Laborer's Pension Fund, Daewoo, Dwinn-Shaffer & Company, Federal Aviation Administration, General Services Administration, Invesco, Koll Bren Schreiber, Korean Government, Kyocera, Lennar Partners, MetLife, U.S. Postal Service, and UBS, to name a few.

Working with sophisticated, corporate clients requires a solid understanding of business plans and financial models.  David's strengths are his attention to detail and creative mindset.  His ability to resolve difficult issues provides an opportunity to get past hurdles, which otherwise impair progress.  David has developed a strong reputation for integrity and performance, and is known as someone who always places his client's goals and needs first.  Centrally located in Chicago, David coordinates all real estate transactions from this midwest hub, effectively minimizing the inherent problem of dealing across multiple time zones.
